Our relationship with Banff & Lake Louise has grown since 2011, when we delivered educational workshops designed to help their team strengthen their social media activities. Since then, we have developed and managed consumer engagement campaigns and now act as a partner, providing comprehensive services including consultation, strategy development and staff training across the organization.

One example of our consumer marketing efforts involved an integrated content campaign to extend the momentum of Banff & Lake Louise’s emotive Sculpted in Time video project that featured interesting people sharing their connection to the landscape. We developed a content approach that turned the spotlight on visitors so that their stories also became the heart of the Banff & Lake Louise story.

Under a partnership with Tourism Calgary, we also lead a video, ad and content campaign targeted at the Greater Toronto Area designed to promote the two destinations together as the quintessential Rockies experience. These marketing activities positioned and showcased the ideal combination of the urban comforts of Calgary along with the “indelible awe” that can only be found in Banff & Lake Louise.
